Maps for devices
We offer a growing library of digital maps for smartphones and tablets through the Avenza Maps app.
Avenza Maps uses your device’s built-in GPS to track your location, so you can always see where you are on the map, even when you don't have a cell signal. You can also record your track, store information about locations, import and export placemarks, measure distance and area, and plot photos.
Our digital maps provide the same accuracy, attention to detail, and visual appeal as our printed maps. Contour lines, spot elevations at trail intersections, and hillshaded topography help make the terrain easy to read and understand. The maps also depict trailheads, climbing areas, campgrounds, picnic areas, peaks, scenic vistas, forest roads, streams and washes, and stock tanks, ponds, and lakes (features included vary by map).
